ELIGIBILITY

• Open to all Free Fire players residing in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand and Philippines.

• E​ach team must consist of 4-6 players (4 main players and up to 2 substitutes).

REGISTRATION AND COMMITMENT FEE

• A non-refundable commitment fee of RM16 per team is required to confirm participation.

• Registration opens on 19th May 2025 and closes on 6th June 2025 at 17:00, or once all 24 slots are filled.

• Teams must register via the official Website Form provided by Lybrus eSports.

• Refunds are only applicable if the tournament is canceled by the organizers.

TOURNAMENT DATE AND SCHEDULE

• The tournament will be held on 7th June 2025 until 8th June 2025, with the first round starting at 21:00 (9:00 PM).​​

GAMEPLAY RULES

• Matches will follow standard Free Fire tournament rules.

• Teams are responsible for conducting their matches under the supervision of the organizers.

• Players must be punctual; late arrivals may result in warning or disqualification.

• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting bugs will result in immediate disqualification.

 

CONDUCT AND SPORTSMANSHIP

• Professionalism and respect are mandatory throughout the event.

• Disrespectful behavior (e.g., hate speech, harassment) will lead to warnings or disqualification.

• Teams are allowed up to three warnings before disqualification; severe violations result in immediate action.

COMMUNICATION

• A group chat will be created for official communications.

• Team captains' contact details will be shared within the group, exclusively for tournament purposes.

 

TOURNAMENT MANAGEMENT​

• All participants must comply with guidelines provided by the organizers.

TIME MANAGEMENT

• Strict adherence to the schedule is required; delays may incur penalties or disqualification.

PRIZES

• Total prize pool: RM300.00

  • ​Champion: RM150.00

  • First Runner-Up: RM80.00

  • Second Runner-Up: RM50.00

  • Fourth Place: RM20.00

TOURNAMENT DECISIONS

• Decisions made by Lybrus eSports officials are final.

• Any disputes should be raised with organizers promptly.

STREAMING AND CONTENT RIGHTS

• Participants consent to Lybrus eSports streaming matches and using footage for promotional purposes.

• Organizers are not liable for technical issues or disruptions beyond their control.​
