1. GENERAL OVERVIEW

Battle Rush: Eight Roll marks a new chapter in competitive Mobile Legends: Bang Bang under the prestigious Battle Rush franchise by Lybrus eSports Enterprise. This tournament features a revamped structure combining league-stage competition with a high-stakes playoff bracket, bringing together top-tier talent from across Southeast Asia. With a total prize pool of RM2,500.00, players will compete for supremacy through intense group matches and a double-elimination playoff.

2. TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

Format & Match Rules
-
Grouping Stage (1st July – 14th July 2025):​​​​​
-
Teams will be divided into 16 groups. Teams will face each other in Best-of-One (BO1) matches within their respective groups.
The winner of each group will advance to the Playoff Stage.
Group matches will be held in Custom Rooms using the Draft Pick mode.​

Playoff Stage (18th July – 31st July 2025):
-
The top 16 teams, each a group winner, will face off in a Double Elimination Bracket.
All Playoff matches will be Best-of-Three (BO3), except for the Grand Finals, which will be played in a Best-of-Five (BO5) format.​ -
All Playoff matches will be livestreamed and hosted in a professional tournament room.

3. REGISTRATION & PARTICIPATION

Registration Deadline: 30th June 2025, 8:00 PM (MYT)​

Registration Fee: RM30 per team

Team Composition: 5 main players + up to 2 substitutes.

Eligibility: Open to players from Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, and the Philippines, aged 13 and above.

Registration Fee Usage
-
The RM30 registration fee is allocated strictly for tournament operations—including staffing, casting, and logistics—and is not included in the prize pool. Any surplus will contribute to Lybrus eSports' future events. Fees are non-refundable unless the tournament is officially canceled.​

Prizes will be disbursed within 1 to 7 business days after the tournament. Winners must provide their banking details upon request. Non-Malaysian participants may be subject to tax withholdings per national regulations.​

5. MATCH OPERATIONS

Mode: Draft Pick

Ping Limit: Players experiencing pings above 200ms may request a pause (up to 5 minutes total per match).

Pause Limit: Each team may pause once per match for a maximum of 5 minutes.
-
Rematch Policy: Only granted for server crashes, verified technical failures, or critical bugs within the first 4 minutes.

Victory Conditions
-
Group Stage: BO1 League Format – Top team in each group advances.​

Playoffs: BO3 Double Elimination – BO5 Grand Final.
-
​The team from the Upper Bracket in the Grand Final will receive a one-match advantage.

6. TEAM & PLAYER REGULATIONS
-
Roster Rules
-
Teams must finalize their rosters before the tournament begins.​
-
No roster changes are permitted post-deadline.
-
All players must use their own MLBB accounts.
-
Smurfing, account sharing, and emulator use are strictly prohibited.
-
Devices allowed: Only mobile phones. Tablets and PC emulators are banned.
-

Fair Play & Eligibility
-
Players must have clean account histories with no bans or cheating records.​
-
Current MPL players are not eligible.
-
Teams failing to meet minimum behavioral and integrity standards may be disqualified at any stage.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT

Prohibited Conduct
-
The following actions are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate penalties or disqualification:​

Cheating or using third-party tools​
-
Intentional feeding or griefing
-
Match-fixing, collusion, or prize splitting
-
Harassment, toxic behavior, racism, or discrimination
-
Unauthorized player substitutions or deception
-
Use of unauthorized devices (e.g., tablets or emulators)
-

Enforcement & Penalties
-
Violations will incur escalating consequences:​

Warning – For minor infractions​
-
Match Forfeit – For repeated or moderate violations
-
Disqualification – For serious misconduct including cheating or abuse

All decisions by tournament administrators are final.

Sportsmanship & Media Behavior
-
All participants must uphold professionalism both in-game and online. Disrespectful behavior toward officials, sponsors, or fellow competitors will be penalized. Media interviews, if requested during the Playoff Stage, are mandatory unless exempted for valid reasons.​

8. STREAMING & CONTENT GUIDELINES

Broadcast Rights
-
Lybrus eSports reserves all rights to record, stream, and distribute tournament content. Playoff matches will be officially streamed via TikTok.​

Player Streaming
-
Players may stream their own matches with a minimum 2-minute delay. Any form of ghosting or live coaching will result in penalties.
-

Content Creation
-
Participants are encouraged to create tournament-related content (e.g., vlogs, highlight reels). However:​

No false claims or defamation against the tournament or its partners.​
-
Branding must not be altered without permission.
-
Offensive content will lead to penalties or disqualification.
-

Sponsorship
-
Teams may showcase personal sponsors, provided they do not conflict with official partners.​
-
Gambling, adult content, or illegal brand sponsors are prohibited.
-
Sponsors must be disclosed to organizers before the event.
-

9. COMMUNICATION & COORDINATION
-
Official Channels
-
All official communication will be conducted via the Battle Rush: Eight Roll Discord server.​
-
Team Captains or Managers are responsible for staying updated and relaying information to players.
-
Failure to comply with directives due to poor communication will not be excused.
-

10. FINAL PROVISIONS
-
Players must check in 15 minutes before each match.
-
Any unforeseen rule not mentioned will be addressed at the discretion of the organizers.
-
This tournament is not affiliated with Moonton and is conducted independently by Lybrus eSports Enterprise.
